The National Security Sector within Leidos is seeking a Mobile App Developer to provide technical expertise on a mission-critical program aimed at developing, modernizing, enhancing, operating, and maintaining services for DHS/CBP mission-critical systems. This role requires a strong mix of communication skills and hands-on technical troubleshooting to support application issues and implement preventative measures. As a Mobile App Developer, you will be involved in a hands-on capacity, working collaboratively to architect, design, build, deliver, and enhance highly available, scalable, real-time systems. You will exercise your judgment in determining and recommending the best designs based on customer business objectives, timelines, and other resource constraints. In this position, you will participate in and/or direct major deliverables of projects through all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including scope and work estimation, architecture and design, coding, and unit testing. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Mobile App Development, with specific experience in both Android and iOS platforms. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of applications that meet the needs of the DHS/CBP, and it requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and application testing discipline. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
