We are looking for a talented and experienced Mobile App Developer to join our dynamic team and help drive the development and optimization of our mobile application. **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile App Developer with a strong background in developing and maintaining mobile applications across various platforms (iOS and Android). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile app development and demonstrate leadership capabilities, including the ability to work with other developers and dev shops, lead project teams, and contribute to strategic planning. This is a hands-on role that requires both technical expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a high-quality fully custom mobile application for iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement new features and enhancements.
• Lead the development team in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high standards of code quality.
• Oversee the eventual onboarding of junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile app development.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for mobile applications.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of mobile applications.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Requirements

• (Preferred but not required) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 5+ years in mobile app development for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, Java, and/or other relevant programming languages.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns (such as MVC, MVVM), and development frameworks (such as React Native, Flutter).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integration.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including experience leading teams or projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
