About the position

Credera is seeking a Mobile App React Native Developer to architect and build performant mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. This role requires a strong team player who is committed to delivering high-quality products and collaborating effectively with various teams involved in the product infrastructure. The developer will also be responsible for transitioning existing React web applications to React Native and ensuring the applications are of the highest quality through maintenance and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Build pixel-perfect, smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Reach out to the open source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Transition existing React web apps to React Native.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working on programs for different mobile platforms.
• 3+ years experience with React Native and Mobile development.
• Proven experience in React Native components in native iOS and Android.
• Comprehensive knowledge of design patterns and Software Development Life Cycle policies and procedures.
• Must have experience deploying apps to both Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Experience with Typescript, JS frameworks, API and integration (NodeJs or Java), .Net API, and Azure cloud experience.
• Experience working with design systems and knowledge of different design architectures like MVC, MVVM.
• Experience in agile and scrum environments.
• Ability to ensure coding standards are followed and facilitate continuous improvement within the environment.
• Ability to mentor development team on the technical approach.
• Ability to build client trust and respect, establish client relationships, and develop rapport with the client.
• Strong communicator to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
