About the position

The Mobile App Software Developer role is focused on designing, developing, testing, and implementing mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. The position requires expertise in native app development and familiarity with cross-platform technologies, particularly Flutter. The developer will work in an agile environment, collaborating with team members and vendor partners to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, debug, and implement mobile apps, components, and tools.
• Be an expert in OS specific understanding of iOS or Android such as Swift/Objective C/ Swift-UI / Android SDK, Android Studio.
• Utilize strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Perform database operations on mobile devices.
• Integrate with REST/SOAP based APIs.
• Read, analyze, and understand requirements, providing feedback to the development and test teams.
• Develop software designs based on software requirements in accordance with regulatory environments.
• Partner with peers as part of sprint development.
• Coordinate development activities with vendor partners.
• Work in an agile/scrum environment.
• Stay updated on technical and industry trends related to mobile app development.
• Participate and contribute to product code and design reviews.

Requirements

• Experience in iOS and Android native development.
• Proficiency in Flutter for cross-platform development.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).
• Experience with database operations on mobile devices.
• Familiarity with integrating REST/SOAP based APIs.
• Ability to read and analyze software requirements.
