About the position

ReachLink is seeking a talented and versatile UI/UX Designer who will also serve as a Web Designer with expertise in WordPress. This role is crucial for designing visually engaging and intuitive mobile applications, particularly in the mental health and wellness space, as well as creating responsive and user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate will have experience in both iOS and Android mobile app design and proficiency in design tools like Figma.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX for mobile mental health and wellness apps on iOS and Android platforms.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to translate ideas into functional and engaging app designs.
• Design responsive, user-friendly websites with strong attention to detail in WordPress.
• Ensure all design elements are optimized for mobile devices, including websites.
• Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to continuously improve designs.
• Stay updated with design trends and best practices for mobile apps and web development.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer for mobile apps, ideally with a focus on mental health and wellness applications.
• Strong web design skills, particularly in WordPress, with the ability to create and customize themes.
• Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping.
• A solid portfolio showcasing previous mobile app and web design projects (please provide links).
• Familiarity with design guidelines and principles for both iOS and Android.
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first web design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.
