About the position

The Principal Mobile Application Designer will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience for a leading airline company in the DFW area. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and refine customer-facing mobile platforms, ensuring they are visually appealing, accessible, and aligned with business objectives. The designer will lead the design process from concept to implementation, focusing on innovation and user engagement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine customer-facing mobile platforms.
• Spearhead the design process from concept through to final implementation.
• Drive innovation to enhance user engagement.
• Develop solutions that address customer needs in real time.
• Conduct UX research to inform design decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with design on Enterprise apps.
• 5+ years of experience with Figma.
• Strong understanding of Research, Design, and UI.
