About the position

The position involves designing, developing, and enhancing mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms. The role requires collaboration with other engineers and teams to build and deploy solutions, as well as maintaining technical standards and app store requirements. The candidate will also be responsible for testing, debugging, and documenting the code, while providing production support as needed. This is a contract position expected to last at least 13 months.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing & enhancing data and logic systems, and building interfaces.
• Developing apps for iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborating with other engineers and teams to build and deploy solutions.
• Performing unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure quality and functionality.
• Maintaining technical recommendations and app store requirements.
• Writing clean, scalable code and documenting what's built.
• Providing production support as needed.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience developing hybrid mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Native framework or similar Mobile App Development framework.
• Strong knowledge of Python and Django.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Experience in Android Studio, Xcode, Visual Studio, GitLab, and GitHub.
• Experience in Docker, Circle CI, PostgreSQL, GCP.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience with system design, programming, and data structuring.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
