About the position

The Mobile Application Developer will be responsible for designing and developing technical solutions that facilitate communication with IoT smart pet products through mobile applications. This full-time, on-site role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions and involves maintaining a single code base for multi-OS deployment.

Responsibilities

• Designs technical solutions to communicate with IoT smart pet products.
• Develops and maintains single code base mobile app software for multi OS deployment.
• Builds and enhances internal applications using web technologies.
• Conducts unit and integration testing.
• Utilizes detailed knowledge of Flutter and Dart to program, troubleshoot, and debug mobile software applications.
• Documents solutions through flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and clear code documentation.
• Stays current with industry-standard development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or Engineering and/or equivalent years of experience.
• 3+ years of Mobile App Development Experience.
• Proficiency in client-server concepts, web sockets, and wireless communication at the application level.
• Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs and working with JSON.
• Proficiency in xCode and Android Studio development tools.
• Strong skills in mobile UI design and optimization.
• Practical experience with DART and Flutter Riverpod state management.
• Successfully brought at least two products to market.
• Ability to maintain a professional atmosphere in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to motivate others.
• Ability to foster cooperative working relationships with team members and colleagues.
• Comfortable with office pets (cats, dogs).

Nice-to-haves

• 2+ years of native iOS or Android development experience.
