About the position

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Application Developer to join our team at Peace of Mind Mobile Technologies Inc. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various programming languages and technologies to contribute to the development and maintenance of software applications, particularly in mobile development for iOS and Android platforms. This role requires collaboration with team members to design and implement solutions, write clean and scalable code, and troubleshoot applications while staying updated on emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 3 years of experience in iOS development
• 3 years of experience in AWS
• 3 years of experience in TypeScript
• Proficiency in mobile application development using Swift for iOS and Kotlin or Java for Android
• Experience with frontend development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Experience with backend development using Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP
• Understanding of RESTful APIs or GraphQL
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Strong analytical and debugging skills
• Excellent communication skills

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Drupal
• Knowledge of payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal)
• Understanding of UI/UX principles
• Experience with mapping APIs (Google Maps, Mapbox) and GPS integration
