The Leidos National Security Sector is seeking an experienced Mobile Application Technical Lead to play a pivotal role in leading a team of application developers, designers, and task leads for a critical Intelligence Community customer. This position is essential for the design and development of a client engagement and mobile intelligence delivery application on both iOS and Android platforms, aimed at replacing a legacy solution. The new application will facilitate the compilation of intelligence from various sources, creating customizable digital intelligence for the customer's executive leadership, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, combatant commands, and service intelligence centers. Additionally, the application will enable global collaboration and leverage artificial intelligence/machine learning to generate intelligence recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in both front-end and back-end development and will be committed to fostering collaboration among teams to achieve integrated and innovative solutions. This role requires working with a diverse team of technical staff to modernize and expand the customer's capabilities within the Defense Intelligence Enterprise. As a key personnel role, it demands leadership and a hands-on approach to researching, developing, deploying, and achieving government authority to operate (ATO) for a platform that is critical to the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the warfighter.
