About the position
The Mobile Application Developer will play a crucial role in designing and developing new mobile web applications for Android and iPad platforms. This position is part of a leading group in mobile applications, focusing on both the creation of new applications and the enhancement of existing ones. The role is contract-based and located in Downtown Chicago, offering a collaborative environment for innovation and input on projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of new mobile web applications on Android or iPad platforms.
- Support and expand existing web mobile applications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in mobile web applications development on Android or iPad platform.
- Experience programming in Java, J2EE, Javascript, C#, Ajax, HTML4/5, and other OOP languages.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Involved in developing rich UI using JQuery/GWT/any UI framework.
- Excellent inter-personal communication and team building skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Involved in development of call center web application.
- Experience in PL/SQL.
- Involved with ACCURev version control systems.
