The Mobile Associate Bilingual (Punjabi) role at T-Mobile is a part-time position focused on retail sales, where associates act as brand ambassadors to enhance customer experiences and drive sales. This role involves building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions through hands-on demonstrations of T-Mobile's products and services. Associates will undergo training to develop their skills and prepare for advancement to the Mobile Expert position.

Responsibilities

• Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers while providing a world-class customer experience.
• Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
• Explore individual customer needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of technology.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions for customers.
• Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Become skilled in using digital tools to demonstrate T-Mobile's coverage and services.
• Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience and new skills.
• Maximize time on shift by seeking information and learning about innovations in wireless technology.
• Establish relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to enhance customer experience.
• Identify and handoff small business leads.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Required)
• Passionate customer advocate with a desire to connect with customers (Required)
• Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)
• Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas (Required)
• Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals (Required)
