The Mobile Associate Bilingual Retail Sales position at T-Mobile is a vital role within the Retail Team, responsible for engaging customers in high-traffic partner locations. This position focuses on creating excitement around T-Mobile's products and services, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional service. Mobile Associates are expected to excel in sales while ensuring customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions and solution-based selling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Utilize digital tools to communicate effectively and educate customers about T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services through solution-based selling techniques.
• Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, products, and processes to be Customer Ready at all times.
• Partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers effectively.
• Build rapport and trust with customers to exceed their expectations and drive sales activity.
• Follow up with customers, manage referrals, and build relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Required)
• Passionate customer advocate with a desire to connect with customers (Required)
• Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals (Required)
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)
