The Mobile Associate role at T-Mobile is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology and customer service. As part of a Retail Team of Experts, Mobile Associates act as brand ambassadors, engaging with customers to provide a world-class experience while promoting T-Mobile's products and services. This position focuses on building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. It serves as a foundational role, preparing associates for advancement to the Mobile Expert position through on-the-job training and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers while providing a world-class customer experience.
• Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology and personalized solutions.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate T-Mobile's coverage and services effectively.
• Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience and new skills.
• Establish relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Required)
• Passionate customer advocate with a desire to connect with customers (Required)
• Competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)
• Willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders (Required)
• Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals (Required)
