The Mobile Associate role at T-Mobile is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology and customer service. As part of a Retail Team of Experts, Mobile Associates act as brand ambassadors, engaging customers and providing them with personalized solutions to meet their needs. This position focuses on building relationships, enhancing customer experiences, and preparing associates for advancement to the Mobile Expert role. The role includes comprehensive training and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers while providing a world-class customer experience.
• Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology and personalized solutions.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate T-Mobile's coverage and services effectively.
• Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience and new skills.
• Establish relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to enhance the customer experience.
• Identify and handoff small business leads.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Required)
• Passionate customer advocate with a desire to connect with customers (Required)
• Competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)
• Willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders (Required)
• Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals (Required)
