This role focuses on building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. It is a learning position aimed at developing skills for advancement to a Mobile Expert role.

Responsibilities

• Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers while providing a world-class customer experience.
• Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions for customers.
• Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Become skilled in using digital tools during customer interactions and onboarding.
• Demonstrate T-Mobile's coverage and services effectively to customers.
• Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience and new skills.
• Establish relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to enhance customer experience.
• Identify and handoff small business leads and support team initiatives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Required).
