The Mobile Associate (MA) role at T-Mobile is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology and customer service. As part of a Retail Team of Experts, MAs serve as brand ambassadors, engaging with customers to provide a world-class experience while promoting T-Mobile's products and services. This position is a learning opportunity, preparing associates for advancement to the Mobile Expert level by building skills in customer engagement and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers while providing a world-class customer experience.
  • Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
  • Explore individual customer needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.
  • Engage in side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions for customers.
  • Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
