Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Utilize digital tools to communicate effectively and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques.
• Complete training on T-Mobile products and processes to remain customer ready.
• Build rapport and trust with customers to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with nearby store locations to onboard customers effectively.
• Perform store operations including opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 30 days of T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred, ideally in a retail environment.
• Passionate customer advocate with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Desire to work collaboratively within a team and learn from peers.
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a sales environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
