About the position

The Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store at T-Mobile is a key member of the Retail Team, responsible for engaging customers and promoting the T-Mobile brand within partner locations. This role focuses on building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment. Mobile Associates are expected to excel in sales, meet performance targets, and continuously improve their skills to enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
  • Utilize digital tools to communicate effectively and educate customers about T-Mobile solutions.
  • Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate product value.
  • Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience and stay updated on promotions and products.
  • Build rapport and trust with customers to enhance their experience and drive sales activity.
  • Collaborate with nearby store locations to onboard customers effectively.
  • Perform store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and secure kiosk assets.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Required)
  • Passionate customer advocate with a focus on customer satisfaction (Required)
  • Desire to work collaboratively with peers and store leaders (Required)
  • Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)
