About the position

The Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store at T-Mobile is a key member of the Retail Team, responsible for representing the T-Mobile brand within partner locations. This role focuses on engaging customers, building relationships, and providing exceptional service in a high-traffic retail environment. Mobile Associates are tasked with educating customers about T-Mobile products and services, utilizing digital tools, and meeting sales performance targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Utilize digital tools to communicate effectively and educate customers about T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate product value.
• Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience, products, and processes.
• Partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers effectively.
• Build rapport and trust with customers to enhance their experience and drive sales activity.
• Follow up with customers and manage referral processes to build relationships.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Required)
• Passionate customer advocate with a focus on customer satisfaction (Required)
• Desire to work collaboratively with peers and store leaders (Required)
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)
