About the position

The Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store at T-Mobile plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience within National Sales partner locations. This position focuses on engaging customers, showcasing T-Mobile products and services, and building lasting relationships through exceptional service. Mobile Associates are responsible for meeting sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
  • Utilize digital tools to communicate effectively and educate customers about T-Mobile solutions.
  • Identify customer needs and employ solution-based selling techniques.
  • Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience and continuously improve skills.
  • Partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers effectively.
  • Build rapport and trust with customers to enhance their experience and drive sales activity.
  • Follow up with customers and manage referral processes.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Passionate customer advocate with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Desire to work collaboratively within a team and share best practices.
  • Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
