Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and employ solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate product value.
• Recommend wireless solutions and assist customers in understanding how to use the T-Mobile app for their needs.
• Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience, products, and processes to remain customer-ready.
• Continuously learn and improve skills to provide the best customer experience.

Requirements
