Mobile Associates are expected to meet performance targets while providing a high-quality retail experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Utilize digital tools to communicate effectively and educate customers about T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and employ solution-based selling techniques.
• Demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services to customers.
• Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience and new products.
• Review personal results and stay updated on promotions to be customer ready.
• Partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers effectively.
• Perform store operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Build rapport and trust with customers to enhance their experience.
• Follow up with customers and manage referral processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Passionate customer advocate with a desire to connect with customers.
• Ability to balance customer experience with performance goals.
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with digital self-serve tools.
