The Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store at T-Mobile plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience within National Sales partner locations. This position focuses on engaging customers, showcasing T-Mobile products and services, and building lasting relationships through exceptional service. Mobile Associates are responsible for meeting sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction in a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
- Utilize digital tools to communicate effectively and educate customers about T-Mobile solutions.
- Identify customer needs and employ solution-based selling techniques.
- Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience and continuously improve skills.
- Partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers effectively.
- Build rapport and trust with customers to enhance their experience and drive sales activity.
- Follow up with customers and manage referral processes.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Passionate customer advocate with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Desire to work collaboratively with peers and store leaders.
- Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
