Mobile Associates are responsible for building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending suitable wireless solutions while meeting performance targets.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
- Utilize digital tools to communicate effectively and educate customers about T-Mobile solutions.
- Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate product value.
- Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience and continuously improve skills.
- Partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers effectively.
- Build rapport and trust with customers to enhance their experience and drive sales activity.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Passionate customer advocate with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to balance customer experience with performance goals.
- Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
