Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Utilize digital tools to communicate effectively and educate customers about T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and employ solution-based selling techniques.
• Demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services during customer interactions.
• Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience and continuously improve skills.
• Partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers effectively.
• Perform store operations including opening and closing procedures, and securing kiosk assets.
• Build rapport and trust with customers to exceed their expectations.
• Follow up with customers and manage referral processes to drive sales activity.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Passionate customer advocate with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to balance customer experience with performance goals.
• Desire to work collaboratively with peers and store leaders in a team environment.
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
