The Mobile Associate role at T-Mobile is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology and customer service. As part of a Retail Team of Experts, Mobile Associates act as brand ambassadors, engaging with customers to provide a world-class experience while promoting T-Mobile's products and services. This position focuses on building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. It serves as a foundational role with opportunities for growth into the Mobile Expert position, emphasizing continuous learning and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to customers while providing a world-class customer experience.
• Helps customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
• Explores individual needs and provides hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Engages in side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions for customers.
• Uses digital tools to demonstrate T-Mobile's coverage and services effectively.
• Completes training on T-Mobile's in-store experience and knowledge of systems and resources.
• Establishes relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to enhance the customer experience.
• Identifies and hands off small business leads.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Required)
• Passionate customer advocate with a desire to connect with customers (Required)
• Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)
• Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas (Required)
• Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals (Required)
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
