As a Mobile Automation Testing Lead at Infosys, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of existing systems through rigorous validation and quality assurance processes. This position may require travel within the US and Canada, and candidates must be located within commuting distance of Bentonville, AR, or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct requirement analysis and define test strategy.
  • Lead execution of testing activities to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Design optimal test environments to simulate real-time scenarios.
  • Collaborate with team members to create high-quality solutions.
  • Establish connections with stakeholders and coordinate program activities.
  • Plan testing according to requirements and schedule.
  • Execute testing as per the defined plan.
  • Leverage automation for testing needs.
  • Review project work and progress regularly through ceremonies.
  • Maintain application knowledge for defect tracking and resolution.
  • Track, review, and approve timesheets and authorize leaves.
  • Present project deliverables to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • 4 years of experience in Mobile and Web Automation Testing.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the US without visa sponsorship.
  • Must be located within commuting distance of Bentonville, AR, or willing to relocate.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in running Mobile Testing Projects on iOS and Android platforms.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining test scripts using automation tools such as Appium.
  • Experience in API automation (good to have).
  • Good understanding of iOS platforms and OS market releases.
  • Domain knowledge in the Retail sector.
  • Hands-on experience with prevalent Test Management & Defect Tracking Tools.
