About the position

The Mobile Branch Manager at PNC is responsible for leading the Mobile Branch team in Dallas, TX, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving branch performance. This role involves managing the mobile branch operations, fostering customer loyalty, and ensuring compliance with regulations while promoting an inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Mobile Branch truck to various locations and comply with driving regulations.
  • Manage branch performance through planning and execution.
  • Drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients.
  • Create a differentiated customer experience in an omni-channel environment.
  • Lead and influence partnerships to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty.
  • Grow branch revenue through business development and community involvement activities.
  • Coach team members to engage confidently with customers and provide solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and established policies.
  • Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience in banking or a similar field.
  • At least 2 years of previous supervisory experience.
  • Ability to drive a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) with a GVWR between 10,001 and 26,001 pounds.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
