You will be available to go to emergency rooms 24/7 according to an on-call schedule, ensuring that individuals in crisis receive timely and effective support. In this role, you will provide face-to-face crisis contact with individuals in need, collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support. You will swiftly respond to crisis situations within the community, providing immediate support and intervention as needed. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and monitoring effective treatment and service plans tailored to each individual's needs, facilitating their adherence and compliance. As an active and empathetic member of an interdisciplinary treatment team, you will ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to mental health care. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work or a related field required.
  • Previous experience in a mental health setting preferred.
