Responsibilities

• Assist customers with opening all types of deposit accounts.
• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and face-to-face meetings.
• Research and resolve customer problems, acting as a liaison between departments.
• Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs.
• Perform customer requested research, including printing statement and check copies.
• Maintain daily account reports and monitor daily cash requirements.
• Assist customers with routine account-related requests such as funds transfer and inquiries about bank products.
• Verify information on ATM/debit card applications and update the system accordingly.
• Conduct vault daily balancing and maintain dual control for safekeeping access.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of banking experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to read, write, and speak using the English language.
