About the position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our rapidly expanding mobile dental practice, serving the Philadelphia regional area. This role focuses on providing essential dental care to underserved populations, particularly homebound seniors and those with limited mobility, in a mobile, home-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental examinations and create individualized treatment plans
• Conduct dental extractions, restorations, and other dental procedures as needed
• Fabricate dental prosthetics (e.g., dentures) and ensure proper fitting
• Record vital signs and maintain accurate medical documentation and dental records
• Educate patients and caregivers on oral health and post-treatment care
• Provide compassionate care and ensure patients are comfortable throughout procedures

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Pennsylvania
• Proven experience in general dentistry, with a focus on patient-centered care
• Proficiency in dental extractions, denture fabrication, and other general procedures
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with geriatric or special needs patients
• Familiarity with dental software systems
