About the position

The Mobile Developer (Front End) position focuses on developing hybrid mobile applications using technologies such as Ionic, Cordova/Phonegap, and Angular. The role requires expertise in front-end development and knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs. This position is contract-to-hire and is available for candidates in the Westlake, TX or Providence, RI areas, working on a W2 basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop hybrid mobile applications using Ionic, Cordova/Phonegap, and Angular.
• Implement responsive design and ensure cross-platform compatibility.
• Consume HTTP based APIs and RESTful JSON APIs for application functionality.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD processes and QA automation.
• Utilize tools such as uDeploy and Jenkins for deployment and integration.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Angular, HTML5, CSS, Typescript, JavaScript, Java, and Spring.
• Experience in mobile application development using hybrid frameworks.
• Knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs and JSON data.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and QA automation.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with additional mobile frameworks or libraries.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
