About the position

The Mobile Developer position is a 6-month contract role focused on enhancing and supporting mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. The developer will work closely with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful deployment and functionality of mobile apps across multiple states. The role emphasizes collaboration, agile methodologies, and a commitment to improving user experience through bug fixes and feature enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Fix bugs and make enhancements to iOS and Android apps
• Work with vendor and internal resources to support the existing KY mobile app and build the PA and RI mobile app
• Collaborate with the customer service line of business to ensure the continued adoption and success of the mobile app for all three operating companies
• Attend daily Agile meetings
• Coordinate production deployments

Requirements

• 5+ years experience with developing and leading a team of developers for iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) apps
• 5+ years experience with pushing both iOS and Android apps to public app stores
• 5+ years experience with testing iOS and Android apps using emulators and simulators
• Experience with Identity Providers for Authentication
• Experience with Google Firebase for app monitoring
• Experience with Push Notifications
