About the position
We are looking for a skilled web developer with expertise in web and mobile development, particularly in building high-quality applications using React and React Native. The role involves collaborating with a team of technical leads and developers to create best-in-class applications, focusing on advanced programming techniques and user interface development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user interface components using React and React Native frameworks.
- Utilize advanced programming techniques including object-oriented and functional development, Web Accessibility, and RESTful design patterns.
- Research technical challenges and find solutions independently.
- Effectively articulate technical designs and solutions in both verbal and written formats.
- Build and enhance test coverage (unit, functional, and integration) for multiple applications.
- Architect efficient and reusable front and middle-tier systems for complex web and mobile applications.
Requirements
- 6+ years of JavaScript experience, including asynchronous programming concepts.
- 6+ years of HTML/CSS experience, including layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
- 6+ years of experience with browser APIs and optimizing front-end performance.
- Experience with the entire app lifecycle from concept to deployment, including CD/CI.
- Strong self-management skills and ability to organize multiple priorities.
Nice-to-haves
- Background in the Financial Industry or related field is a plus.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent experience.
