Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee mobile device management (MDM) systems, specifically JAMF solutions.
• Develop and implement best practices regarding workflows, policies, and procedures in the application area.
• Lead project management efforts, including planning, prioritizing tasks, and resolving conflicts.
• Conduct business process flow analysis and design to improve system workflows.
• Facilitate group discussions and presentations to clinical and business operations leaders.
• Maintain a spirit of cooperation and respect within the team, fostering a professional work environment.
• Document, resolve, and escalate issues as necessary, maintaining a complete issues log.
• Research, organize, analyze, and synthesize data to support effective decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and JAMF certification.
• 5 years of experience in mobile device management, specifically with JAMF.
• 5 years of experience in a healthcare-related organization (hospital/medical organization).
• Prior management experience with effective leadership skills.
• Demonstrated skill in system workflow and business process flow analysis and design.
• Ability to influence and shape consensus among diverse stakeholders.
