Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Mobile Device Support Analyst. This position is a contract role with a duration of 6 months or more, located in New York City. As a Mobile Device Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in evaluating mobile device products and managing the use of mobile device equipment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing mobile device repairs and problem resolution by vendors, processing and verifying mobile device billing, purchase orders, and invoices, and gathering necessary procurement forms and documents. You will also perform project and non-project related tasks to support team goals and objectives, manage the mobile phone recycle and inventory program, and maintain the emergency telecommunication documentation. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing monthly mobile device invoice analysis, validation, and payment approval on wireless invoices to ensure compliance with vendor contracts. You will manage the ServiceNow mobile device ticket queue for both PBX and mobile devices, conduct monthly wireless audits to assess cost-effective plans, and reconcile mobile device equipment to ensure billing accuracy. This role requires a proactive approach to managing mobile device inventory and ensuring that all processes align with company policies and vendor agreements.
