About the position

The Mobile Device Support Analyst role involves managing mobile devices, enforcing security policies, troubleshooting device issues, and staying updated on mobile device management (MDM) trends and best practices. This position is a long-term contract opportunity based in Wilmington, Delaware, and requires a strong understanding of mobile operating systems and technical support skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and updates of mobile devices
• Enforce compliance with the established security policy
• Provide technical support for mobile device issues
• Monitor device status and usage, generating reports as needed
• Conduct user training and create documentation on mobile device usage and best practices
• Manage mobile device procurement and inventory
• Stay updated on the latest features of iOS and Android enterprise
• Manage third-party MDM vendors and ensure SLAs are met
• Gain expertise in Intune and Windows 10/11
• Maintain an understanding of MS Windows 10, Apple iOS, and Android iOS systems.

Requirements

• Proficient with Apple Devices and Microsoft Windows platforms
• Ability to navigate and troubleshoot on MS Windows 10
• Strong understanding of mobile operating systems including Apple iOS and Android iOS
• Familiarity with Intune and Windows Intune for mobile device management
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to provide effective solutions
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users
• Previous experience in a similar role or IT support role is beneficial
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Willingness to stay updated with new technologies and devices in the market
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
