About the position

The Mobile Device Support Analyst will play a vital role in providing support for mobile device management within the Financial Services industry. This position focuses on assisting with the deployment of Intune MDM, enhancing mobile device functionality through Android development, and ensuring a smooth transition from company-provided phones to personal devices. The role requires collaboration with backend development teams and effective communication with customers to deliver high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for mobile device management, particularly focusing on Intune MDM.
  • Assist in the deployment of Intune MDM to phones and support employees in the transition process.
  • Utilize Android Development, Android SDK, and Android Studio to enhance mobile device functionality and user experience.
  • Collaborate with the backend development team to ensure seamless integration and efficient operation of mobile devices.
  • Utilize Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking of tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate communication and scheduling between the support team and customers, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Apply understanding of AB Testing, Agile Scrum, and API Development to optimize mobile device performance and user experience.
  • Exhibit proficiency with Apple Devices and CSS for comprehensive mobile device support.
  • Regularly monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Android Development, Android SDK, and Android Studio.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Backend Development.
  • Proficiency in AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Demonstrable experience in API Development.
  • Knowledge of Apple Devices and their operating systems.
  • Mastery of CSS (Cascading Style Sheets).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate with colleagues.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience in the Financial Services industry is beneficial.
