About The Position

The Mobile Device Support Analyst role is a long-term contract position focused on providing technical support for mobile devices within an IT/Troubleshooting Help Desk framework. The position requires expertise in both Android and iOS platforms, as well as proficiency in mobile applications. The analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing help desk tickets, and providing end-user training.
