About the position

The Mobile Device Support technician will provide essential end-user support for mobile scanner devices, focusing on updating and distributing over 9,000 hand-held scanners across the United States. This role emphasizes delivering high-quality customer service while troubleshooting and assisting users with their mobile devices. The position is on-site in Plantation, FL, and operates on a rotating schedule that includes nights and weekends, under a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-user support for mobile scanner devices.
  • Update existing devices and distribute new devices according to the business plan.
  • Troubleshoot and assist end-users with mobile device issues.
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service during support interactions.

Requirements

  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools.
  • Proven Android support experience.
  • Strong customer service skills.
