About the position

The Mobile Device/Telcom Billing Analyst will support the Unified Communications Telecommunications group within a healthcare client environment, managing the billing and procurement processes for approximately 10,000 mobile devices. This role involves verifying invoices, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with vendor contracts while providing analytical insights to optimize mobile device usage and costs.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify mobile device billing, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Gather mobile device procurement forms and documents, and retrieve archived records as needed.
• Perform project and non-project related tasks to support team goals and objectives.
• Manage the mobile phone recycle and inventory program, maintaining filing systems.
• Maintain inventory of mobile devices and prepare supply orders.
• Conduct monthly mobile device invoice analysis, validation, and payment approval to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.
• Manage the ServiceNow mobile device ticket queue.
• Analyze large amounts of data and provide business insights based on findings.
• Utilize carrier portals for issue resolution and ticket management.
• Support backup staff duties during vacations.

Requirements

• Proven experience with local, long distance, wireless, and specialized carriers.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Experience in analyzing large datasets and translating data into business insights.
• Ability to manage mobile device procurement and repairs effectively.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.

• Experience in a healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with mobile device product evaluation and procurement processes.
