The Mobile Expert (Sales Representative) at Metro by T-Mobile is responsible for selling wireless phones, services, and accessories while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Sell wireless phones, services, and accessories in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to retain and gain customers.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, at various locations.
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in maintaining store appearance (store look and feel).
• Update collateral and price cards when necessary.
• Take training courses by due date.
• Participate in meetings and marketing events inside and outside of the store.
• Have a WINNING attitude and strive to meet monthly goals.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; training will be provided and paid.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
