About the position
The position involves conducting a thorough inspection of a mobile home in preparation for its removal. The inspector will be responsible for documenting the condition of the home through a video walkthrough and detailed photographs of various areas, ensuring all necessary information is captured for assessment.
Responsibilities
- Perform a video walkthrough of the mobile home.
- Take detailed pictures of all rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Document the exterior of the mobile home, including underneath, axles, wheels, and hitch.
- Identify and photograph any damages, additions, and porches.
- Capture serial numbers, tags, and manufacturer information located in the utility closet.
Requirements
