About the position
The position involves conducting a thorough inspection of a mobile home in Albemarle, focusing on various aspects of the home to prepare it for removal. The inspector will be responsible for documenting the condition of the home through video walkthroughs and detailed photographs.
Responsibilities
- Perform a video walkthrough of the mobile home.
- Take detailed pictures of all rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Inspect the exterior, including underneath the home, axles, wheels, and hitch.
- Document any damages, additions, and porches.
- Record serial numbers, tags, and manufacturer information found in the utility closet.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to the inspection site.
- A good quality cellphone capable of taking clear pictures.
- Technical knowledge to send inspection results via email.
