About the position
The Mobile Home Park Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of a manufactured home community in Newport, WA. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage property upkeep, handle tenant relations, and ensure compliance with community regulations. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the community, ensuring upkeep and curb appeal.
- Physically examine the property regularly, keeping lawns mowed and free of garbage.
- Check on repairs or updates to community and equipment, assisting construction crew when needed.
- Monitor and document water tracking, irrigation systems, and meter logs.
- Receive and resolve resident complaints.
- Collect tenant rent, make deposits, and track all property expenses.
- Enforce all rules and regulations established by the community.
- Input meter data into monthly reports and communicate with main office personnel regularly.
- Deliver notices to tenants.
Requirements
- 1 year of property maintenance experience.
- 1 year of property management experience.
- Computer literate with experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask effectively.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
