About the position
The position involves taking exterior and interior photographs of various vacant homes in the tri-county area for a bank/lender. The photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality images within a specified timeframe, ensuring that the local police are informed prior to the photo sessions.
Responsibilities
- Travel to designated houses in the area to take photographs.
- Capture 15 exterior photos and 15 interior photos of each house, focusing on both good and bad aspects.
- Notify local police about the photo sessions a day in advance to avoid any issues.
- Submit the photographs via email within 24 to 48 hours after notification.
Requirements
- Ability to travel to various locations within the tri-county area.
- Experience in photography, particularly in real estate or property photography.
- Ability to take high-quality images of both the exterior and interior of homes.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with vacant properties and their unique challenges in photography.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with local authorities.
