The Mobile Install Technician at Day Wireless Systems is responsible for the installation of various electronic systems in vehicles, including but not limited to audio systems, mobile video systems, remote starters, security systems, and navigation systems. This role requires a hands-on approach to assist customers with the installation of radio and wireless communications systems both in their vehicles and on-site. The ideal candidate will be motivated, customer service-oriented, and maintain a professional appearance while performing their duties. The technician will work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met and that installations are completed to the highest standards. This position requires a strong understanding of 12-volt automotive systems, as well as the ability to dismantle and reassemble vehicle interiors and exteriors to facilitate the installation of new systems. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining positive customer relations and may be required to train junior installers as needed. In addition to installation tasks, the technician will perform vehicle repairs on existing systems and may be involved in retrofitting and upgrading vehicles to refresh existing fleets. The role demands a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service to customers.
