About the position

The Mobile Lead Developer at Foundation Software will lead the design and development of innovative mobile applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features. This role emphasizes creativity and technical expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment, aiming to push the boundaries of mobile technology.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications built with Xamarin/C# for iOS and/or Android
• Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications built with React Native framework
• Design, develop, test, and maintain back-end solutions with .Net Core/EF and other various frameworks
• Xamarin to Maui /.NET 8 conversion

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• 3+ years of solid experience with mobile app development (iOS and/or Android) with extensive knowledge of mobile application architectures, design patterns, UI/UX, and permission settings
• Experience with app store submissions and iOS certificates/provisioning is a plus
• 3+ years of experience with JSON and REST Web Services, .NET framework, and excellent C# skills
• Solid proficiency with GIT and Azure pipelines
• Proficient understanding of relational databases such as SQL and sqlite
• Significant experience in implementing mobile data synchronization and associated technologies and design patterns
• Solid experience with Azure cloud services or equivalent
• Must be a self-driven individual with a passion for development and a willingness to continuously learn new skills
• Must be geared to work in a team-oriented environment, be people-oriented with a strong desire to learn from others and to help others grow
• Must be willing to challenge yourself to solve complex problems at scale
• Ability to quickly learn and understand internal systems and procedures
