About the position

The Mobile Product Designer (iOS - Android) will enhance the user experience and visual design of mobile applications targeting government, enterprise, and consumer markets. Responsibilities

• Elevate the user experience and visual design of mobile apps for Android and iOS.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to deliver results.
• Drive demo success with government and enterprise customers to boost the sales pipeline.
• Exceed industry benchmarks for consumer onboarding to accelerate growth.
• Work with UX researchers to enhance usability and user engagement.
• Define key metrics and drive improvements to elevate user retention and app ratings.
• Create a cohesive design language with reusable components that align with the brand.
• Shorten design iteration cycles for faster mobile development.
• Design and prototype innovative app features using the latest trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years in mobile design for both iOS and Android.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Experience with interactive prototyping and agile methodologies.
• Prior experience with user research and startup environments.
• Ability to interpret research and apply it to design.
• Innovative problem-solving skills for design challenges.
• Clear communication skills to articulate design ideas.
• Collaborative team player across Product, Marketing, and Engineering.
